A permanent state of national emergency is a political offense and political crime because it abridges the civil law and polity of American civil society. The yellow fringe around our civil national flag is symbolic of the United States' permanent state of national crises, it also clashes with politicians attire.
Senator Frank Church's infamous 1973 report, "Emergency Power Statues: Provisions of Federal Law Now In Effect Delegating to the Executive Extraordinary Authority In Time Of National Emergency," (93rd Congress, 1st Session, Report No. 93-549), clearly states that the U.S.A. has been under a permanent state of emergency since March 9, 1933. FDR's Emergency Banking Act of 1933 is still on the books. President Washington did warn posterity that these FDR types are "baneful."
